Chad was very helpful and quick with responding during our loan process! Very friendly
Chad was able to take a difficult file and get to closing. It took a little longer because of the USDA being backed up, but we CLOSED and Chad kept the buyers and myself notified of where the file was at all times.
Chad was great at getting back to me via email or txt. If he didn’t know the answers to questions he found out and got back to me. Will highly recommend him.
