Chad was easy to reach when any questions came up. As first time home buyers we had a ton of questions and Chad took the time to make sure each question was answered and that we felt comfortable and well informed throughout the whole process....

His knowledge of all options, and his availability for questions on the process at any hour of the day. Also he made the process incredibly simple and straightforward.
