Everyone was easy to work with and wonderful in communicating with us during our less-than-normal mortgage process. Even though we had to file a closing date extension, I have no complaints.

The process was easy for me to upload documents and emails and phone calls with Ceasar made the process smooth. I was told exactly what was necessary and my realtor and ceasar met the due dates. I had a great experience with Naf.

Cesar is super responsive and always helpful, he really goes above and beyond to get us the best deals and he made the whole process seamless. We have researched other lenders for our mortgage and the difference is night and day. Thank you!

We didn't close on time on a 45 day close. No reason for that.

Working woth Cesar was awesome! Always answering my calls or texts - not complaints about him. Only reason my over experience was "okay" was because once the process was handed over to Kayla - the communication was terrible! Almost never answered...

Cesar never responds to calls, no communication with myself or clients. I think he dropped the ball all the way around on them and we are very disappointed. I would never recommend him to anyone.
