Cecilia is the reason this mortgage experience was great! You can can tell she loves helping see people get through these mortgage processes. She makes herself available day or night to answer questions.

There was many times I would receive emails to fill out forms that I didn't understand. I would call or text Cecilia and she would guide me right through them. I would definitely choose First Bank again.
