The whole process went smooth . Slight hiccup was handled with Chris’s help.
Chris was a pleasure to work with. My husband and I are older and not tech savvy and Chris went above and beyond to walk us through the entire process. Very Knowledgeable and communicated well every step of the way.
Very poor communication with representative. Didn’t return phone calls nor text messages. Didn’t contact me when he said he would. Assured me several times the loan was approved and at the last signature/paperwork, he then said it wasn’t approved....
