This was absolutely the easiest loan process we've ever gone through. Catherine stayed in contact with us every step of the way, and the website made it easy to upload documents and review and sign everything.
Catherine was helpful, communicative, and flexible in meeting with us in ways that fit our schedules and for our needs. As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions, and she was happy to help out
