Good engagement
We were constantly updated on the progress of our loan. Kept in the loop. Makes a huge difference in the process
Carolyn was transparent and communicative through out our loan process. She was helpful and informative. I really felt like she had our backs during the rollercoaster process of purchasing a new home.
