Better communication!!

Carmen wouldn't commumicate very well with us. We would reveive forms by email to sign and she wouldn't give us head ups. There was always so many mistakes on the forms with numbers not adding up. We would call Carmen...she would hardly answer...

She is knowledgeable and make sure the transaction went through as smooth as possible.
