I know it's company policy, i have 24 year in business and it's the first time i heard doesn't want to give the "commintment " to the buyer's attorney

Carlos was effectively communicative throughout the transaction. He kept me in the loop, and was great with all parties. I highly recommend him to all first time homebuyers and anyone looking to buy a home.
Carlos is friendly and very patient, he always answered my cuestion. he is polite, it was a good experience to work with him.
