Carissa was very responsive! There were some hurdles caused by being self employed but we were able to work though it.

The Amerisave team was quick to issue directives, but when communicating my responses via email it didn’t seem as if there was ever an understanding of what I was saying. Either the emails weren’t read thoroughly or they were simply disregarded....
