The buying process had quite a few hurdles for us with the sellers but Cade was amazing throughout the whole process . He was patient with our questions and always had an answer!

It was such a smooth process! I was so nervous as a first time home buyer (now owner!) so I wasn't sure what to expect. Cade and the Guild Mortgage team were really communicative and so incredibly helpful! It made the whole process 100x better....

A phenomenal experience would do again 9/10 thanks Cade!
We just closed a transaction where I was representing the seller but the one time I reached out with a question, Cade was quick to reply! Of course he was able to get us to closing sooner than expected, too! Thanks, Cade!

So my husband and I originally started with a competitor lender of Cade's but things weren't going well. The competitor didn't like how my husband was paid, specifically because my husband is a mechanic and is paid by flag rate instead of hourly....
