You and your staff made the mortgage process easy. Anytime I had a question, I was answered promptly. I was able to send any needed paperwork through email, which was a time saver. The whole experience was great.
I think sharing another couples personal information did not help.
They answered any questions i had and made the process easy.
From the start Butch and his team were great! If we had a question, they'd answer within minutes. If there was an issue, we were notified immediately. overall cery pleased with the process.
