Jesus it's every other day now our internet is out and for being fiber optic it's spotty and lagging at best. I thought cox was slow

Just go with Cox... save yourself time and trouble.

BTC has spotty and inconsistent internet connectivity / speed... a lot of maintenance, several days over the last year where internet was down.... including recently. Never achieved the speed...
