Horrible customer service!!! When the technicians are scheduled to be out, they either don't show or are extremely late. Had an apt and they forgot about us, no apology given. They say they will call you back with an update and never do.

Customer service is a joke. They can't help you with an issue on the weekends or after hours. They have limited access to the account information. Little alone fix a screw up on the service.
