I've had service through BTC Broadband for a little over a month now and have had no problems with it. It's fiber, which is better than cable, and it's locally owned which is also a plus.

After initial issues with connectivity, BTC managed their service professionally and got internet running. Much appreciated.

We have fiber internet and never have any issues.

I don't remember her name, but one of the employees in the office was extremely rude. She had an attitude the moment we sat down to discuss our account and spoke to us arrogantly and dismissively.

Maybe someone can explain why i live literally a mile away from BTC but i cant get there service? I have a hard time accepting the fact that the neighborhood right next to me has lines in there neighborhood but because there hasn't been enough...
