What service provider doesn't open until 9am for customer service? I don't expect them to have long hours like Cox, but 9am?

Been having issues with the wifi since yesterday. They told us a tech would be out but never showed up and no call back. Still waiting today we called this morning and still nothing. Service has gotten bad lately.
