Bryan Marx and his team at Gershman Mtg are amazing! If you are self-employed or have an S Corp - call him. He will make it happen when other lenders can't. Good communicator. Answers all questions and was fast to get to closing.
Bryan was easily accessible. Answered all questions and had a great team available. Was able to solve the S corp issues. It was harder to find a home than to get approved for a mortgage. Thank you!!
