We were accustomed to loan procedures taking a couple of months. We seemed to get through this process in about one month, and had fewer issues while doing so.

Bryan was on top of everything from day 1. He ran different number scenarios based on amount down and loan type so we could compare and stay on budget. He is very knowledgeable and personable. We will call him again, if necessary.
