Bruce is great at communicating and he is very efficient.
My wife and I did our first home purchase through Bruce and everything went as advertised. We even closed our house 3 weeks early with no issues from the lender in regards to getting the docs ready in time.
Bruce really went the extra mile to help us out with a deed issue from 14 years ago! Beyond the smooth transaction of our refinancing, this extra help gave us great peace of mind.
