Bruce was very responsive
The whole process was very smooth and easy. Bruce answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly.
Bruce was great but the process is incredibly painful. The underwriting requests continue over time. If it was a single ask for a ton of information, that would be fine but the request continued over 2 months. Painful!!

You made it very clear what was expected from me to keep on a timetable to refinance. You offered an easy to follow format so I can upload my documents and know where in the process I was and what was coming up next.
Good communication on documents needed to get to an approval. Closing day was painless with the closer coming to our house at a convenient time.
