I spoke with many loan officers, and I found that some were slow in responding and communicating. Brooke, however, was excellent—she is quick, knowledgeable, attentive, and really listens. I will highly recommend her.

I've never done a refi. Brooke and Stephanie were amazing at communicating the process as well as the progression of the loan. Thank you both for such a nice experience!
