Brook was great to work with.
The processors was unfriendly, slow and asked redundant questions, without explanation. The only reason I gave her a break was because of 'perceived' demand and load!
Brook provided us with options we had not been initially aware of based on our situation, guided us throughout this process and was very responsive.
Brook was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions I had. I would highly recommend Brook to anyone looking to refinance or get a mortgage loan.
