Brook made the process very easy. He communicates quickly and efficiently.
Brook kept on top of things and kept us informed for the entire trabsaction. He was quick to respond to any of our questions/concerns.
Brook was great! The law firm at closing could have used better precautions during Covid. The woman who greeted us there was not wearing a mask. There were greasy fingerprints on the table in the room where we signed.
My questions were answered clearly and I felt like I understood the process from beginning to end. I appreciated the thoroughness of the team that made the refi go through smoothly.
