From the second brittlyn handed off our case we had problems.. nobody read our file consistently or reached out to offer help until the case was picked up by Giovanna Demareis.. Brittlyn didn't bother to call and help us at all unless it was...

Britt was wonderful until he made the sale. He then tried to bully me to get his way. when I held my ground he backed down but it was never pleasant after our initial conversation where he made the sale.
