The process was well-explained and Britt was quick to address concerns and help navigate the process. I would have stopped the process of it wasn’t so seamless.
Britt took over my loan application after I had been working with Sarah for a couple of weeks. By that point, most of my communication was with the loan officer and there wasnt much to do in terms of working with Britt.
We experienced good communication and he helped us understand the process so there were no surprises. Also he was great at returning calls and checking with us.
