It was good in the beginning. But Brittlynn has been completely unresponsive since closing my loan. In particular, I don't know how to pay my loan payments and he is not responding to me. I don't know what to do.

Don’t try to pressure customers into getting more than requested using scare tactic. You tried to make Me get more than I wanted or need it. I had to threaten to cancel the request in order for you to move forward. I didn’t like that.
