Very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with about the process

I thought the degree of qualifications was arduous but the loan officer was exceptionally helpful.

Communication is key & Brit was in constant communication w/us when we had questions about the process

The online portal was extremely user friendly and the 24/7 support from Brit Vanzant was wonderful. She made the entire process very smooth and put me at ease and addressed all of my questions super fast.
