It would have been a better experience if we were in the same state or close proximit. It did feel as personal but in spite of the technical and miscommunication challenges, we were able to purchase our forever home.

Our experience would have been much better with actual phone calls explaining all of the various numbers and charges. It seemed Brie had to much on her plate to spend the time necessarily to along the way to do so.
