Actually getting answers to questions and being informed from the beginning would be great. We had to request two extensions for our consultant, and our closing was therefore pushed twice. We never felt like a priority.
Service was beyond wonderful especially in the environment that the world was in and the attitudes of the entire staff was always friendly helpful and pleasant.
