Bridgette was not my primary loan officer so a lot of information and communication were duplicated, and there was some confusion over with loan was being addressed (we had three going at one time), this created some frustrations.
I have worked with Bridgette on several loans and I have had a great experience on all occasions. Bridgette and her team is very quick to respond, professional and transparent.
Very timely communication on all steps involved. Also had all questions answered in a straight forward manner.
Communication was clear and prompt and easy transaction.
Minimal work for me apart from initial set up and the week before closing, good communication, not complicated.
