    New american and all the associates are a great team. The way thwy answer question and explain the differencs between option really makes a difference and shows they care.

    Everything went fairly smoothly, there was a little confusion on closing dates and little time for notarizing documents, but I may have contributed to some of the confusion too. This is my 5th loan with this company!
