after closing, we ended up mailing all the payment ourselves. We still have the wrong check made up to the wrong creditor. Unacceptable! ):

I think our only issue was time lag. I think it is primarliy due to the time difference/ time zones. Otherwise, there were no questions that were not answered. Everything went very smooth.

Process was great, A little more attention to the difference in closing procedures regarding the grace period between date of clsoing and next payment. These seem to be different with some refinancing options.
