Great lender with amazing and simple document solutions for investors!! I looked around and nothing competes with his DSCR products that we closed in our LLC and is on a TRUE 30 year fixed unlike many other business purpose/commercial loans....

Brian is the loan officer you want to choose. He closed me without any personal income documents on several of our investment properties. This was such a painless way to go with my busy schedule and how much I like to deduct on my taxe returns...
