The VA refinanced process very smooth.
I appreciate Planet for their professional staff. I will tell friends and family about how helpful they are. The process took less than 30 days.
Very timely and efficient. My only concern was the amount of information I received during the process. I had to call to find out where we were in the loan process instead of receiving timely updates.
