The whole experience
Lapses in communication, dates pushed back. Overall he was very nice and knowledgeable just would’ve liked more detailed communication.
It was easy and fast with no problem or surprises

Process was slower than I expected to the point I was wondering whether I was approved, but everything turned out as per my initial enquiry.
