Brian did a great job in helping me understand the whole process of my re-fi. He was on the ball with every step of the process and answered all the questions I had in a very timely manner.
The quick responses and excellent information to keep me informed on the process and steps involved. Brian always answered all my calls and responded immediately with emails.
