It was so nice to work with people that were in my neighborhood and communicating with me directly. Their personal touch make my refinancing experience outstanding.
Refinancing probably wasn't the right choice to go. I wasn't able to get the funds need in the end. I also wasn't able to get a heloc because the percentage we took in refinancing.
