Lower interest rate, more communication , lower closing costs . As a veteran I felt like my service was taken for granted .
Communication is key. throughout this entire process communication was little to none. it took someone who was covering for my loan processor to reach out and explain everything. if it weren't for her, we wouldve cancelled this entire thing....
