Brian and his team were quick and efficient.
The fact that you would work with existing customers instead of just rewarding new customers created a sense of loyalty. Only downfall was overall lack of communication after initial conversations.
my loan was transferred so many times, it was very short communication, emails, calls, and messages not responded, and overall 5 months, to close since the beginning of the process
