Brian and Cassandra were great! They really helped us out during our refinance process, stayed in touch through email and answered any questions we had. If we ever refinance again, we hope to have those 2 with us again!!
Please be advised that once the Loan Officer is done with you, you may or may not get the guidance that you need to aid in loan processing and facilitation from them. I sincerely hope they enjoy the commission for the lack of commitment displayed....
