Amazing and easy as always! 3rd home purchase with Brett and I would never work with anyone else!

Moving from CA to CO or anywhere for that matter is very stressful. Brett and the Guild team took the stress out of the loan process. I kept calling looking for problems that just were not there. Great experience and great team.
