A lot of my emailed questions went unanswered until I was reviewing and signing documents . I saw corrections being made but a few of my questions were answered with those docs rather than a response.
Brendan and team Fontaine came through and worked very hard for this transaction. There were so many questions and moving parts and they made it seamless.

From start to closing was too long. Too many times to check bank statements and credit reports. Too many different people to deal with. Sometimes, it seemed the left hand dud not know what the right hand was doing.
Excellent response throughout the loan process. Above and beyond helping with getting me a loan with least amount at closing cost and low money down on loan.
