Always making sure to inform me on anything regarding moving forward and what necessary steps to take to make the procedure less complicated.

Ms. Robinson went above and beyond for me, she worked with me around my schedule and answered every and all questions I had.

I would preferred quicker response to my communication via text, voicemail and email. I had informed her that I needed a certain amount refunded back to me. It was not conveyed clearly and with enough notice.

Brenda was great ! She was helpful, educational, fulfilled all my requests and addressed my concerns. My only issue was the process was very lengthy.
