Process was relatively simple. I received a detailed list of documents needed, sufficient time to gather documents, updates on the status of the loan approval, and a simple closing process.

From the beginning, there was constant communication about the loan process and what the status was at every checkpoint. As a first time home buyer, that made me feel in control and informed about my loan.
