Sometimes communication was not as fast as I like. I was surprised with something unexpected at closing, but it was because of the loan structure. I never met or heard of Brandon Melgares until this survey.
He did a great job explaining the next steps and keeping up on the progress. He helped to get the best rate possible and explaining the different options.
