Just because it's not the easiest client scenario. Doesn't mean that individual does not deserve a home! We were so happy for her! Such a big win! For her to get that home and not have to wait until next year!
Open communication via text, call, email on a regular to daily basis. Detailed explanations on processes forms, an documents. Clear a well explained expectations and schedules. Personable interactions across the board.
