Good initial interview, good follow-up and collection of information, good processing and resolution and ultimate determination--all on a timely basis. This was my first experience with FirstBank and it could not have gone better.
There was a lot of miscommunication about our loan. Don't know why if its because it was a VA but Brandon would tell us yes or no about a certain item being needed and Penny would tell us the opposite answer. Items were turned in multiple times....
