Brady did a great job of leading us through the loan process by explaining everything that was happening and willing to answer any questions we had. The process went very smoothly and he was wonderful to work with.
Guild Mortgage and Brady Koerwitz did a great job handling the loan for a buyer of one of my listings. We never had any hiccups, and I never felt like I had to keep checking in on the buyers loan process. Thank you!
No issues with the buyers loan. Didn't have to worry about financing issues with the buyer of my listing for sale. Great communication, and ease of transaction.
