Brad is a great partner. He worked with me over a weekend to make the offer and was responsive and efficient throughout the application and closing process.
Underwriters very strict. Sometimes can be hard to get speak with someone due to high volumes- but very responsive to texts. Loved working with Brad and would work with him again in future.
