I felt the communication between the processor (Brandon) and Bradley was inconsistent. Also, I understand the 1 day extension, but having to extend that second time with no good reason was disappointing. I always try and work with local lenders...

Brad was super helpful through the entire process. He ensured we knew all of the steps ahead of time and gave us all of the information needed. I would absolutely work with Brad again for my next buy.

It would have been nice for brad not to lie to me that we were on track. also would have been nice if he did not say not to talk to Tracey (who actually knew how to do her job). He was nice but did not know anything

The approved loan amount changed many times. I was asked for numerous documents at different times throughout the process. In comparison, I inquired with a credit union, who told me within two days that they could not get me the requested amount....

It's not Bradley by himself. He did the best he could under the circumstances he was given. AmeriSave as a whole we not good to work with. It took 8 weeks to get the loan done.
